The simplest thing is just to mail a patch generated by "cvs diff" to
bug-openmcl or to me (mailing to the list is probably preferable.)

If you can make the patch be a MIME enclosure, it has less chance of
getting clobbered (word/line wrap) by a mailer along the way.
