[Bug-openmcl] "./lx86cl64 --version " fails

Thanks; it was trying to write to *TERMINAL-IO* before *TERMINAL-IO*
had been initialized (that happens later than it used to).

This should be fixed in CVS, though it make take until about 15 minutes
past the hour for the change to make it from SVN to CVS.
