Let's say that this is the problem (I don't think it is, but let's do  
that thought experiment). Not having core 2 duo machines is a problem  
that is easily solved with money. To anticipate another such  
objection, not having access to the Leopard seeds in order to run the  
current 64-bit openmcl IDE is problem that is easily solved with  
money. So again, a polished, usable GUI, 64-bit, openmcl would be  
ready for prime time if more money were devoted to its development.
