Interesting. However, OM does seem to load fine with MCL-5.1-demo, and 
only throws the error with MCL 5.2. I can't seem to find the file 
(toolequ.lisp, I'm guessing) in either distribution, though.

I haven't run into a time limit for the Personal Edition, but you are 
correct on the first two points.
