[info-mcl] MCL 5.2.1 ?

I believe <mcl.googlecode.com> is ready for a new official version.  
Unless there are any objections within the next day or so, I will go  
ahead and upload an MCL 5.2.1 distribution based on the current tip.

If you're still sitting on any (R)MCL 5.2 patches, this is a good  
time to upload these to the repository (preferable) or alternatively  
email them to me so they can be included in the patches folder of the  
distribution.
