  Tweak _emit_ELF_source_line_stab: use (m4 macro) __func_name instead of 
  (as-defined) func_start; invert order of label and .stabn.
  
  This seems to generate good line number information on linuxx8664;
  need to check linuxppc, linuxppc64 as well.
