[Openmcl-devel] rubix patch

Here's a new version of rubix.lisp that (rather hackishly, but still) 
takes ctrl-left and does what right-click does. So you can run the demo 
with a laptop, podmouse, etc.

There's some gratuitious cut-and-paste going on but it appears to work 
anyway.
