Here's how I'm running a couple of webservers:
detachtty --dribble-file ./log/ccl64-dribble --log-file ./log/detachtty.log --pid-file ./log/detachtty.pid ./log/detachtty.socket /usr/local/ccl/scripts/ccl64 --load ./load--server.lisp
