There's no way to tell CCL, "hey, use #\\ in Windows pathanmes."
CCL generally wants to pretend that #\/ is the only directory
separator in the world.
(format t "~a" (substitute #\\ #\/ "c:/foo/bar/"))
is probably the easiest thing to do.
