With to the excellent contributions by Edi Weitz, def-foreign-var is
now supported by UFFI on SBCL, CMUCL, AllegroCL, SCL, and Lispworks.

OpenMCL porting has yet to be done, but patches gladly accepted.

There's a full test suite for this macro and well as for Edi's
with-cast-pointer macro. So, any OpenMCL contributors will have an
easy time of knowing whether their patch for OpenMCL is working
correctly.
